This week, while at Beef Cattle Short Course 2011, we had the extreme honor and privilege to interview Dr. Temple Grandin of Colorado State University. Not only has Dr. Grandin revolutionized handling of commercial livestock and improved retail packer operations, she also has been a pioneer and advocate for autism. We were thrilled to be able to have a moment with her to discuss her experiences and her suggestions for beef cattle producers.
